Today the environmental science class visited the Coopers Dairy Farm and got a first hand tour of the farm. While there we got to see how that particular farm bottled there milk, how they milked there cows and the things that they grew on there farm in order to feed the cows. The farm grew corn and they would cut it down and a machine would chop it up and it could then be used for consumption for the cows while mixed with other grains. Going to this farm tough me a lot about how we get our milk and what it takes to get it to our kitchen table.
